The process begins with in-depth market research and a careful analysis of the client’s brief to create tailored inspirational moodboards. We then develop detailed design projects, supported by extensive research into innovative materials and color palettes. To provide a crystal-clear vision of the project, we produce high-quality renderings that bridge the gap between idea and reality. Once the design is approved, we move into technical development: starting with the last, followed by the volumes of the soles and accessories. Our pattern-making phase then dresses the last to create a prototype that perfectly simulates the fi nished product in every detail. Finally, we provide a comprehensive technical data package, ensuring a smooth transition to production whether in a specialized atelier or a large-scale manufacturing facility.
